Competition Terms & Conditions 

By participating in the competition (the “Competition”), the persons participating in the Competition (the “Participants”) accept these Competition terms including the terms related to data protection (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”). 

This Competition is organized by Capri Sun UK Ltd. (the "Competition Organizer").  

The Competition period will be from October 14th, 2024 until October 31st, 2024 (the “Competition Period”).  

The Competition will be hosted on the Instagram page of the Competition Organizer Capri-Sun (@caprisungb) • Instagram photos and videos. To participate in the Competition, Participants shall:  

Participation is free of charge and free of any purchase obligation.   

The winner will be randomly drawn by Competition Organizer among all Participants. There will be only one winner.   

The winner will be informed via Instagram, within 7 calendar days after the end of the Competition Period. To secure its prize (the “Prize”), the winner must confirm acceptance of the Prize within 7 calendar days of being contacted. Failure to promptly confirm the Prize will forfeit the Participant claim and allow the Competition Organizer to assign the Prize to another winner.  

The winner of the Competition will win a check amount to £1,000. 

The prize is non-transferable, non-negotiable, and no alternatives will be offered.  

Competition Organizer may, at its sole discretion, substitute the Prize for another Prize of equal or greater value.  

The Competition is open to persons aged 18 and over who have their permanent residence in England, Scotland and Wales. Participation is possible during the Competition Period. Only Participants who have correctly followed the Instagram account of the Competition Organizer, liked the Instagram post related to the Competition and commented it by mentioning it/her/his individuals will qualify for the draw.   

Employees of the Competition Organizer or its affiliates e.g. companies which are controlled by the same majority owner (the “Affiliates”) and anyone else connected with the creation and administration of the Competition are not permitted to participate.   

The winner of the Prize may be required to participate in promotional activity on the social media channels of the Competition Organizer.  

Competition Organizer reserves the right to disqualify from the Competition any Participants it reasonable believes do not comply with these Competition Terms or who (attempt to) manipulate the entry process.  

The prize will be fulfilled by TBK Group Ltd upon instructions of the Competition Organizer via bank transfer. 

The following data will be requested from the winner: first and last names, Instagram account, photo ID and email address. The personal data provided by the Participant will be used by the Competition Organizer exclusively to carry out the Competition and in particular to contact the winner.  

Participants acknowledge that in the event of a win, the Competition Organizer and any of its Affiliates or any third party authorized by the Competition Organizer or its Affiliates, may use any personal data of the winner of the Prize and/or repost images posted by winner of the Prize on its own social media channels and/or website.  

Participant can request a copy of the personal data held by the Competition Organizer and/or its Affiliates at [email protected]. At any time, Participants may ask for modification and/or withdraw their consent by writing by contacting the Competition Organizer at [email protected]. If Participants withdraw their consent, the Competition Organizer will not use the images in any new publications or materials and will delete the images from its records.  

Competition Organizer will not be liable for any damages resulting from impairment of the availability of the Competition Organizer Instagram page in the event of technical disruptions and force majeure events beyond its control and that could not have been foreseen (or if foreseeable, are unavoidable) nor for the availability of the Competition Organizer website as such to consult the Competition Terms and Conditions. However, Competition Organizer will make every effort to ensure the reliability and functionality of its Instagram page and website. 

Competition Organizer does not guarantee that its website will function properly on the respective Participant's computer. The Competition Organizer shall not be liable for transmission errors. 

Competition Organizer reserves the right to modify these Competition Terms or end the Competition at any time and without giving reasons, in particular if this is necessary due to force majeure or external circumstances beyond its control or if this is the only way to ensure proper implementation of the Competition.  

The Competition Organizer’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into. 

All questions and comments regarding the Competition should be addressed directly to the Competition Organizer at [email protected]. Legal recourse is excluded. 

This Competition is subject to the laws of England and Wales and the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the seat of the Competition Organizer.
