Our Sites
Capri Sun operates 24 global production sites and maintains strategic partnerships with industry leaders like Kraft Heinz. We employ almost 1,000 dedicated employees worldwide. Our company is privately owned and has its headquarters in Switzerland.
In addition to Eppelheim - where our famous pouch was invented - we have another production site in Dubai. Our in-house machine manufacturer Pouch Partners is also based in Eppelheim. Marketing and sales activities are carried out by our local teams at the respective locations in Germany, Austria, France, the UK, Poland and China.

If we feel that you're a good fit for our team and have successfully handled the tasks assigned, we'd be delighted to invite you for a personal interview. At Capri Sun, we work fast. Our aim is to provide you with initial feedback within 14 days. If you haven't heard from us by then, please don't hesitate to reach out. We'll strive to offer you an initial feedback to the status of your application.
The First Steps with Us
In our first exchange, the focus is on getting to know each other better. Typically, a member of the HR department and your potential future manager will be present.
What Comes Next
Following a successful initial interview, we typically invite you to another round, where you'll have the opportunity to meet more team members and potential colleagues. Depending on the role, we offer you the chance to visit our production facilities or your future workplace. Additionally, you may receive an invitation for a trial work session.
